Prohibit Deactivation of the ECABs Act of 2026

Increases veterans' disability and survivor benefits to match inflation annually.

Establish quality standards and oversight procedures for the Veterans Benefits Administration's claims processing system.

Increase disability and survivor benefits for veterans by the same percentage as Social Security's cost-of-living adjustment for 2025.

Prevents the VA from automatically denying veterans' benefit claims solely because they missed a medical exam.
